Cancellation Policy

We know cancellations are frustrating for everyone involved. Here’s why we’ve introduced a new policy and updated our software to handle them more efficiently.

We understand that life is unpredictable—illness, work emergencies, or dependants needing care can prevent you from making it to your appointment. We’ve all been there. However, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will now incur a 50% service charge.

At The Orangery we are committed to protecting our small boutique salon and ensuring we can continue providing the most relaxing environment and treatments.

To help you remember your appointments, we send SMS reminders when you book and again 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to amend or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us.
